# Renewal / Perpanjang

*Renew* digunakan untuk memperpanjang masa aktif server agar server tetap online dan tidak terhapus oleh sistem.

## Cara *Renewal* (Perpanjang) Server

    Masuk ke client area RaeHost melalui: [clients.raehost.com](http://clients.raehost.com)

  <Step title="Pilih Server">
    Buka menu **Servers** atau **My Services**, lalu pilih server yang ingin diperpanjang.

  <Step title="Klik Renew">
    Pada halaman detail server, tekan menu **Renewal** atau tombol **Renew Server** seperti dibawah ini.

  <Step title="Informasi Renewal Server">
    Akan muncul tanggal expired dari server seperti dibawah ini

    Scroll kebawah dan kamu akan menemukan form seperti ini:

    1. Pilih durasi perpanjangan yang kamu inginkan.
    2. Jika kamu memiliki promo code, bisa kamu isi dan klik `Apply`
    3. Klik tombol\*\* Renew\*\* untuk melakukan pembayaran

    Lakukan pembayaran menggunakan metode yang tersedia seperti QRIS, VA Bank, e-wallet, atau credit card.

<Card title="Catatan Renewal" type="note">
  * Masa aktif dihitung dari tanggal expired sebelumnya, bukan dari tanggal pembayaran *renewal*
  * *Renewal* dapat dilakukan kapan saja sebelum server *expired*
  * RaeHost memberikan toleransi hingga H+3 setelah masa aktif habis
  * Jika server tidak diperpanjang melewati H+3, server akan dihapus otomatis oleh sistem

  Disarankan melakukan *renewal* sebelum masa aktif habis untuk menghindari downtime atau penghapusan data server.
